Pending approval from the National Science Foundation (NSF), all registered participants will be eligible to receive a travel award on a reimbursement basis. This fixed-amount award is intended to help cover registration and travel expenses related to attending the workshop.
Reimbursements will be processed following the workshop through Vanderbilt University. To receive the award, participants will be required to submit all applicable travel and registration receipts as part of the reimbursement process.
Additional details, including reimbursement instructions and timelines, will be shared via email after the workshop and upon NSF approval.
